Penny has 30 years’ experience within Financial services, 16 of which she worked for Aviva Plc.
Relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service have always played an integral part in Penny’s career and is an area that she takes personal pride in.
Since 2019, after attaining her level 4 diploma, Penny has focused on client’s looking to take the benefits of their Pensions, providing advice and tailored solutions based on client’s individual circumstances.
Looking for new challenges and the potential to provide a more fulfilling customer experience, Penny joined the Navigation team in July 2019 as she firmly believes in the value of the St. James’s Place proposition, providing a personable and friendly service where the client is engaged and fully understands every step of the journey.
Through face to face meetings, Penny’s initial focus is to get a clear understanding of where you are now and where you want to be, whether this is Protecting against the ‘what if’s’, planning for your future, or estate planning, Penny’s main aim is to identify the areas that are important to you and which add value to your long-term Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Penny enjoys spending time with her husband, friends and family, travelling and has a real passion for all types of music, most of all going to see live music and going to the theatre.
